Hyundai poses off of Louis Vuitton too!

- UPDATE: COMMERCIAL HAS BEEN TAKEN OFF THE INTERNET I GUESS LV PROVED THEIR CLAIM!
- Looks like Lexus, Mercedes Benz, and Honda are not alone… even Louis Vuitton is a victim of Hyundai’s poser-style.
- Louis Vuitton is suing Hyundai for trademark infringement because of the car maker’s unlawful use of its brand pattern. In an attempt to present Hyundai as a luxury vehicle they associated the brand with multiple high-end novelties during a commercial. Unfortunately one of the items was a Louis Vuitton Printed basketball! In order to portray the LV brand in a commercial Hyundai would need permission from LV, which they did not get.

“The Hurt Locker” needs a Band-Aid

- Have you watched a movie and said to yourself, “this movie could be about me?” Well, Iraq war Sgt Jeffrey Sarver had the same feeling when watching the hurt locker. Its not a far fetched idea, since the screenplay of the Hurt locker was based on a Playboy article written about Sgt. Sarver service in Iraq.

- Sarver is suing the film maker on multiple grounds included Negligent Misrepresentation, Fraud, Emotional Distress just to name a few. You can view the actual complaint here. Read more
