Nicki Minaj stop playing with Barbie Dolls

Nicki Minaj is the Hip Hop Barbie. At least she has marketed herself as one. Mattel owns the Barbie toy brand. I do not understand how Mattel has not taken legal action against Minaj for trademark infringement. Where are you Mattel? Nicki Minaj has used the Barbie trademark in jewelry, album design, and even artist label. I found absolutely no lawsuit or legal complaint against Nicki Minaj.
Advice to Mattel: Back in 2008, an underground rapper known as Mista Swissher Sweet, infringed on the a cigar trademark. The mark known as “Swisher Sweets Cigar” sued for any profits realized because of the the rappers use of the Trademark. Mattel you have to protect Barbie and do the same thing. The evidence speaks for itself.

I feel that Matel is going to sit back and collect from the marketing of their product. After the Minaji craze is over, they are going to sue her for all she is worth.
The writer , tabloid and anyone else that published this article is stupid. since you have decided to take analgesics for somebody else headache then suit yourself. The barbie company are not taking any case against her . So all you haters can rot and decay .IDIOTS.
First of all, this is not a “hater” article and anyone who calls this a “hater” article needs to go back to school. Second of all, when it comes to an artist basically uses a toy, that has become its own culture, and bases her identity on it, I call this identity theft. Minaj’s persona is anything but creativity and its embarrassing how the media just believes she is great at what she does when honestly she cannot compare to the likes of MC Lyte or Lauren Hill. Nicki Minaj has had to sacrifice getting plastic surgery just to create this image is everything opposite of what she preaches to her “fans” which is everyone is beautiful. Her answers in interviews are so predictable and there is nothing different between her and my coworkers in the city. Nicki Minaj needs to be truly her own person because honestly I do not believe anything she says.
Okay people need to stop goin off on nicki. Most of her ideas are true like the harajuku barbie, who in the hell else would think of that.Besides Mattel and nicki should be working together shooot I’d bye that doll(nicki)
