Trademark court: Situation vs. Situation

The U.S. Patent and Tademark Office has received TWO trademark applications for rights over the mark: “The Situation,”neither of which are from Michael Sorrentino! F.A. wishes they could be at the trademark court to see this fight, especially if Mr. Sorrentino becomes an interested party. F.A. wonders if Michael could argue that he adopted the mark, and used the mark first. To see the actual application click here
