  • Ladies, if you purchase Kim Kardashian’s new perfume from Sephora, all you will be doing is rewarding her lack of originality. It is a shame that Kim’s multimillion dollar company could not afford to get its own design, and had to leech off of someone else.
  • Little did, Lindley Bertin know, that the day she gave Kim Kardashian a necklace she designed would lead to a potential bitter dispute of trademark and design infringement!
  • Lindely Bertin, the designer for Korcula jewelry, states that “she stole my artwork AND color scheme from my website to use on her new bottle of perfume.” Even though Bertin has not filed suit just yet, I wish that I graduated law school a little earlier to be part of this potential lawsuit.
  • F.A. totally sides with Korcula designer Lindley Bertin.  For more information about Miss. Bertin’s issue go to her blog here. To support her fantastic jewelry shop over here.
