Many sipping on Lady Gaga hate-orade believe that her overzealous trade marking (which spreads from cell phone vinyl covers all the way to tank tops) may hurt her brand name in the future. Here is her trademark action: 

F.A. knows there is well founded criticism that her products may end up in the “tacky aisle” of Paris Hilton’s hair products. But dont you think Lady Gaga headphones are worth protecting??? Real fan’s know that Lady Gaga’s merchandise is of a better quality than the re-printed rock band t-shirts teens buy from hot topic. Therefore it behooves her to clearly protect her trademark from the hundreds of other distributors trying to make money on her fame, even if it includes tank tops and sweatpants!
